RECITAL INFORMATION
Parent Volunteers are needed backstage during the recital. Please sign up at the front desk. We cannot have a recital without our wonderful volunteers! Parents or family members that volunteer to work backstage need to remember they are there to help ALL students not just their own. We do appreciate your help and parent volunteers do not need a recital ticket. All students must check in and out of the dressing rooms with the parent volunteers. We want everyone to be safe. Thank you so much!!

Recital Pictures – Valerie Meeker of Valerie’s Photography will be taking our recital pictures again this year. There will be order forms to fill out the day of pictures. Parents will need to hand in an order form and money for each costume sitting in order to get an individual picture taken in that costume. For example, combo classes will have two different costumes so student would need an order form and money for each costume you want an individual picture taken. The proofs will be online at www.valeriesphoto.com for you to view and place any additional orders you would like. Once you are logged in to her homepage, click “Events”, then find By Grace Recital 2024. You will have to enter your email address and then you will see all the pictures and be able to place your order. Once you checkout, you will get your total. You will need to make out your check and mail to: Valerie Meeker, 487 SW 700 Rd., Deepwater, MO 64740. Once your payment is received, the order will be placed and she will either mail it to you or deliver it to the studio, whichever option you choose at checkout. If you have questions, call Valerie at (660) 696-2226.
