Christmas Show:
Our annual Christmas Show is scheduled for Saturday, December 7, 2024. The show will be held at the Clinton High School, Performing Arts Center. We are so excited to show you what we have been working on and celebrate the Christmas season with you! All students will be part of the show. More info will come later.
Samaritan Center:
As part of our Christmas tradition, we will again be collecting canned food donations for the Samaritan Center at the Christmas Show as part of the $6 admission.

CompetitiveTeams:
M.A.T.S. Team Update: The 24-25 team is busy getting ready for the first meet in November. We have 19 members competing in tumbling this year! Each student learns a routine based on their individual age and skill level. We also have students competing “synchro” routines in which two students learn a routine and perform it together at competition. All meets are held in the Kansas City area. We are so excited to see our team progress throughout the year. If you would like to be a part of the MATS team, just let us know! This year’s team members are: Haysel Avis, Bristol Bathgate, Blake Bradley, Quinn Bradley, Kennedy Crump, Naomi Dehn, Benjamyn Diaz, Evangelyn Diaz, Jasmyn Diaz, Eastyn Foster, Summer Hall, Kary Hartwick, Cora Henderson, Brooklyn Holtmeyer, Jacelyn Holtmeyer, Stella Kubilus, Hallie Grace LaRue, Adalynn McCart, and Morghean Vaughn.
Performance Team Update: AUDITIONS for the 24-25 team were held on Sept. 7th. There are 8 students on the team and they will be competing throughout the season in the Kansas City area. You can stay updated on their progress by visiting our website...just click on the Performance Team button. We are so excited to start the competition season! The opportunities offered to the team are limitless. Auditions are held at the beginning of each new dance year. We would love to have you join us next time! Team members are: Benjamyn Diaz, Evangelyn Diaz, Jasmyn Diaz, Eastyn Foster, Kary Hartwick, Stella Kubilus, Hallie Grace LaRue, Morghean Vaughn.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR...the Spring Recital is being planned for Saturday, May 31, 2025 @ CHS! More info will come at later date.
Spring Recital Costume Deposits Due:
Deposits for spring recital costumes need to be paid by Wednesday, November 27th, before we close for the Thanksgiving holiday. Please pay $30 for each class your student is enrolled, with some exceptions. Deposits must be paid before costumes will be ordered! Please see the front desk if you have questions. Thank you!

Window Decals—a white vinyl decal of our logo is available.
Wristbands-black rubber wrist bands with our studio name and colors are available in youth and adult sizes.
T-shirts-By Grace t-shirts are available for anyone that wants to show their support. Students receive this t-shirt with their enrollment fees.
These items make great gifts!!

Snack Cards: We offer drinks/snacks at the studio for our students. Parents may pay in advance to set up a “snack card” for their student or they may purchase with cash. These items are offered as a convenience for our students that have breaks.
Absences: Remember that repeated absences affect your learning and performances. It affects you and your class. Try to keep absences to a minimum and let us know if you are going to be gone.

Lost & Found We have a lost & found box located at the front desk. It is growing! Stop by if you have lost an item. School Closings Just a reminder that if the Clinton School District is closed due to inclement weather, By Grace will also be closed. Otherwise, we will have class. We will post closings on our Facebook page and you can listen to KDKD and view their website for weather related cancellations. Please remember that repeated absences affect your learning and performances. Try to keep absences to a minimum and let us know if you are going to be gone. Students please remember that we are a Christian-based dance studio and that no rowdy or inappropriate behavior is permitted in the studio. Let's remember our Christian values! It would also be appreciated if the students would clean up after themselves; picking up trash, etc. Thank you!!!! Show respect for the studio property. Also, no one is allowed in dance rooms without permission from an instructor or the front desk. Thank you. Just a reminder that if you are enrolled in a ballet class, you must wear appropriate attire. That means a leotard, tights, ballet shoes, hair back out of face, and ballet skirts are optional. Thank you. |
