**Note: We will follow the Clinton School District for inclement weather closings. If any dance or tumbling classes are cancelled after school hours, you will be notified by email or by one of our staff members prior to class time.

Recital Date:
Mark your calendars…the Spring Recital is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, June 5, 2026 at the Clinton High School Performing Arts Center!
CompetitiveTeams:
M.A.T.S. Team Update: The M.A.T.S. Team has been busy practicing and preparing routines for the first meet to be held on November 8th with the Mid-America Tumbling Society. This will be the first chance for team members to qualify for the championship meet in late February. Keep practicing!!
Performance Team Update: Auditions will be held Saturday, September 19th at 10:00 am. Then, the team will begin practicing and learning choreography for their first competition in March. They will be competing group numbers, trios, duets, and solos. Hard work pays off and we are so excited to see what they can accomplish!!

Snack Cards: We offer drinks/snacks at the studio for our students. Parents may pay in advance to set up a “snack card” for their student or they may purchase with cash. These items are offered as a convenience for our students that have breaks.
Absences: Remember that repeated absences affect your learning and performances. It affects you and your class. Try to keep absences to a minimum and let us know if you are going to be gone.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available at the front desk. The certificates may be used for tuition, clinics, costumes, or merchandise. These make great gifts! Lost & Found We have a lost & found box located at the front desk. It is growing! Stop by if you have lost an item. School Closings Just a reminder that if the Clinton School District is closed due to inclement weather, By Grace will also be closed. Otherwise, we will have class. We will post closings on our Facebook page and you can listen to KDKD and view their website for weather related cancellations. Makeup Classes Don’t forget you are allowed to makeup any classes missed. See your instructor or the front desk if you have questions! |
Policy Reminders
By Grace Handbook Please remember to follow our studio rules: Wait inside for your ride, dress appropriately for class, no jeans, no jewelry, no gum, do not stand on the furniture, be on time, show respect to our teachers and other students. Please remember that repeated absences affect your learning and performances. Try to keep absences to a minimum and let us know if you are going to be gone. Students please remember that we are a Christian-based dance studio and that no rowdy or inappropriate behavior is permitted in the studio. Let's remember our Christian values! It would also be appreciated if the students would clean up after themselves; picking up trash, etc. Thank you!!!! Show respect for the studio property. Also, no one is allowed in dance rooms without permission from an instructor or the front desk. Thank you. Just a reminder that if you are enrolled in a ballet class, you must wear appropriate attire. That means a leotard, tights, ballet shoes, hair back out of face, and ballet skirts are optional. Thank you. |
